Teams from all around the southwest cook up their best ribs and sides at the 4th Annual Rootin' Tootin' Rib Cook-Off, the richest rib cook-off in New Mexico!

This event for all ages raises money for Centennial High School FFA and features a wide range of attractions, food, and fun.

Rib Cook-Off at Mesilla Valley Maze

Teams from all around the southwest cook up their best ribs, sides, and desserts. Teams will be judged with several prizes for various categories. Best of all, you get to taste as many samples as you'd like until the food runs out!

Cost: $1 per sample

Ed has performed in a wide range of venues from the polka dance halls of the midwest with his father's band at age 10 to the Alps of Europe singing songs about Texas - and dang near every PRCA Rodeo in between. He has Traveled with the original Coors Cowboy Band all over the USA doing what he loves most - playing music.

Tour de Maze Contest at Mesilla Valley Maze

Though we all love our grown up toys, sometimes it’s fun to be a kid again! Join us for the Tour de Maze. A tricycle race for grown ups! We have over-sized tricycles. All you need is the will to win and great quadriceps! Multiple heats per day.

Stick Horse Rodeo

Stick Horse Rodeo at Mesilla Valley Maze

Giddy up! Back for its third year, the Stick Horse Rodeo is great fun for kids 12 years and under. All of the little 'buck-a-roos' can compete in branding, roping, barrel racing and other ranch rodeo activities. Each participant receives a Mesilla Valley Maze sheriff's badge. The rodeo is brought to you by Future Farmers of America of Las Cruces' Centennial High School.
